Each dispatcher is required to successfully complete course work approved by the National Training School in order to be named a ‘Certified Central Station Operator.’
Monthly UL-approved training classes are attended by all our dispatchers.

When your alarm system detects an intruder or fire, it automatically transmits a message to our local central monitoring station where highly skilled dispatchers respond.
