Central Monitoring provides a locally owned central station with a 24/7 live operator, as well as onsite technicians ready to offer emergency service and repair. As the only UL listed central station in the Albany / Southwest Georgia region, we have met all the requirements listed by Underwriters Laboratories. Most insurance agencies give discounts on business and homeowners insurance if the location is monitored by a central station that has met all UL requirements.
As a valued residential customer of Central Monitoring you are automatically enrolled in this program. If you suffer a loss due to burglary or fire, we’ll reimburse your paid homeowners insurance deductible up to $1,000 per occurrence.
Just be a monitored client in good standing and you are covered!
1.) One $1,000 reimbursement in any consecutive 12 month period. 2.) You must have a monitored smoke / heat detector for fire coverage. 3.) Not valid if your payments to Central Monitoring are past due, or your contract was cancelled or expired. Accounts monitored by Central Monitoring that are subcontracted through a third party do not qualify. 4.) Within 90 days of paying your homeowner deductible, provide us with a copy of the insurance claim you filed connection with your loss, a copy of the declarations page from your insurance policy, and a copy of either the police or fire report concerning this loss. 5.) This program can be modified or discontinued without notice, and does not modify any agreement that may exist between you and Central Monitoring. This is not a form of insurance and no employee or representative is authorized to advise you or offer insurance. 6.) Subject to terms and conditions of alarm system agreement.7.) Security systems must have been in armed mode.
