Fire Protection

Our Fire Detection systems allow for affordable and reliable protection that complies with stringent fire codes. We offer: UL Approved Manual Pull Stations for manual activation when fire is detected; Monitored Smoke Detectors that notify the fire department if fire strikes outside of business hours; Horn Strobes to audibly and visibly alert building occupants. Fire Alarm Inspections that can be performed monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually in compliance with insurance and/or local fire codes.

Supervised Openings and Closings

Prevent employee theft with Supervised Openings & Closings. Central Monitoring can document when your security system was armed or disarmed, and which user code performed the operation. We can also contact someone if your system has not been armed by a specific time – providing you protection against someone forgetting to arm the security system. We can provide unique user codes for your system, so if one individual leaves, everyone doesn’t have to learn a new user code.

Access Control

Software based systems use your existing computer hardware and can be integrated with your system to maintain a tighter control over your facility. Optional devices for activating a “keyless entry” door station include magnetic card swipes, proximity cards, proximity key tags, ID card buttons, and biometric technology.

Panic Button

With the touch of a button, you can send a silent signal for help during an emergency. We offer several types of Hold Up and Panic buttons to suit your business needs. Devices can be installed almost anywhere, such as in a money drawer, inside a walk-in freezer, or under a counter or desk.

Temperature and Flood Level Monitoring

Monitor temperatures in freezers and refrigerators, as well as server and data rooms. If the temperature is out of your specified range, your alarm system will notify Central Monitoring or you can even receive text notifications.

Early flood detection is easy with water level sensors. If high levels are detected,
Central Monitoring will notify you quickly before damage becomes overwhelming. Water level sensors and temperature monitoring could save thousands of dollars in repairs or loss for your business.

Partitioning Capabilities

Partitioning Capabilities provide you the ability to “split” your alarm system into two or more partitions, arming and disarming each area separately while using only one phone line, and paying only one monitoring fee. Many small businesses use a system with this option. Each partition can have its own keypad, or one keypad can be used to access each partition. The monitoring company will know which partition is sending the alarm, and will send the authorities to the appropriate area of the business.
