Terms & Conditions: 1.) One $1,000 reimbursement in any consecutive 12 month period. 2.) You must have a monitored smoke / heat detector for fire coverage. 3.) Not valid if your payments to Central Monitoring are past due, or your contract was cancelled or expired. Accounts monitored by Central Monitoring that are subcontracted through a third party do not qualify. 4.) Within 90 days of paying your homeowner deductible, provide us with a copy of the insurance claim you filed connection with your loss, a copy of the declarations page from your insurance policy, and a copy of either the police or fire report concerning this loss. 5.) This program can be modified or discontinued without notice, and does not modify any agreement that may exist between you and Central Monitoring. This is not a form of insurance and no employee or representative is authorized to advise you or offer insurance. 6.) Subject to terms and conditions of alarm system agreement.7.) Security systems must have been in armed mode.
